SV	Alleenlijk werden de hoogten niet weggenomen; het volk offerde en rookte nog op de hoogten; dezelve bouwde de hoge poort aan het huis des HEEREN.
WLC	רַ֤ק הַבָּמֹות֙ לֹ֣א סָ֔רוּ עֹ֗וד הָעָ֛ם מְזַבְּחִ֥ים וּֽמְקַטְּרִ֖ים בַּבָּמֹ֑ות ה֗וּא בָּנָ֛ה אֶת־שַׁ֥עַר בֵּית־יְהוָ֖ה הָעֶלְיֹֽון׃
Trans.	raq habāmwōṯ lō’ sārû ‘wōḏ hā‘ām məzabəḥîm ûməqaṭṭərîm babāmwōṯ hû’ bānâ ’eṯ-š^a‘ar bêṯ-JHWH hā‘eləywōn:

AC	לה רק הבמות לא סרו--עוד העם מזבחים ומקטרים בבמות הוא בנה את שער בית יהוה--העליון
ASV	Howbeit the high places were not taken away: the people still sacrificed and burned incense in the high places. He built the upper gate of the house of Jehovah.
BE	But he did not take away the high places, and the people still went on making offerings and burning them in the high places. He was the builder of the higher doorway of the house of the Lord.
